Because every Taleora book is custom-made for you, our policy reflects the personalised nature of the work.

You may cancel for a full refund of the design fee before illustration work begins. Once our team has started creating your book, the design fee becomes non-refundable as it covers bespoke creative work.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will reprint and reship it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
